The Challenge

Star Linen is a cornerstone of the St Ives hospitality sector. Their original website was functional but dated—lacking the visual authority and performance required to attract high-end commercial clients. The 'Before' version suffered from several legacy design issues: a lack of visual hierarchy, dated aesthetics (purple-and-yellow palette), and performance bottlenecks that hindered conversion for busy property managers.

The Solution

We implemented a full-scale digital overhaul focusing on three key areas:

1. Cinematic Brand Identity: Transitioned to a high-contrast, premium visual language using deep crimson and amber-star palette with bold display typography. Implemented an immersive hero section with glassmorphism overlays and custom scroll-triggered micro-animations.

2. Strategic UX Segmentation: Engineered a dual-track architecture separating the journey into 'Holiday Lets' (fast-turnover) and 'Commercial' (high-volume). This reduces cognitive load and allows different customer personas to find their needs instantly.

3. Data-Driven Credibility: Developed custom-engineered Growth Stats using the Intersection Observer API to tell the brand's story through animated counters (14+ years experience, 1,000+ customers).
