What is Whealbit?
Whealbit is a software company based in Penzance, Cornwall. We build and operate our own SaaS platforms, including WagePilot, StayBinder, CleanFlo and QWTN, and design websites and custom software for clients across the UK. We have been building and running software since 2019.
What does Whealbit do?
Whealbit does two things: it runs its own subscription software products, and it designs custom-coded websites and bespoke software for a small number of clients. Because it operates live products itself, it knows what it takes to support software long after launch.
Where is Whealbit based?
Whealbit is based in Penzance, in far west Cornwall (postcode area TR18). It works with businesses across Cornwall and the wider UK, and you can reach the people who actually built your software rather than a support queue in another time zone.
Is Whealbit GDPR compliant?
Yes. Whealbit builds every platform to UK GDPR by design, with UK and EU data residency. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, is never sold, and is never used to train AI models.

How much does a website from Whealbit cost?
Whealbit websites are pay monthly: from £60 a month with nothing up front. The monthly payment covers the design and build, UK hosting, your domain, professional email at that domain, a client portal and ongoing updates as your business changes. Larger and bespoke builds are quoted the same way, as one monthly figure.
How does Whealbit support clients after launch?
Support is built into the monthly plan rather than sold separately. Hosting, security patches, performance monitoring and content updates are all part of every website's monthly payment, and clients log and track change requests through a dedicated client portal.
