And you are never held hostage: you can buy the site outright at any time at a price we agree before the project starts, and after the twelve-month minimum the plan simply rolls monthly.

Yes. You get a client portal where you can log change requests and track them in real time, and updates and additions are part of the monthly plan: a new page or a seasonal offer costs nothing extra. For most clients that is easier than wrestling with a page-builder, but we are happy to set you up to edit directly too.

The monthly plan covers hosting, your domain, professional email, security patches, monitoring and content updates: one payment, with no separate maintenance bill. The minimum term is twelve months, then it rolls monthly. If you leave, your domain goes with you, and you can buy the site outright at any time at a price agreed before the project starts.

A homepage draft is usually ready in three to five working days. Larger, multi-page or custom builds vary, and we will give you a clear timeline before we start.
