The Challenge
CleanFlo addresses the specific 'pain points' of the service industry: communication gaps, lost paperwork, and administrative burnout. Small to mid-sized cleaning companies often struggle with fragmented tools, relying on manual spreadsheets for scheduling and disconnected systems for invoicing, leading to inefficiencies and lost revenue. The goal was to bridge the gap between complex enterprise ERPs and simple tools, allowing business owners to stop 'working in the business' and start 'working on the business'.
The Solution
We engineered a robust digital backbone consisting of a centralized web portal and integrated mobile apps.
1. Centralized Management Dashboard: The 'Command Center' for business owners providing views on financial health, daily operations, and real-time staff tracking.
2. Intelligent Scheduling & Dispatch: A visual interface preventing double-bookings and ensuring optimal route planning.
3. Field Staff PWA Experience: An offline-first mobile view for staff to access schedules, entry codes, and checklists, syncing automatically upon reconnection.
4. Automated Financial Workflow: Full 'Quote-to-Cash' handling via Stripe, including automated invoicing and subscription billing.
Technical Architecture:
The application follows a serverless architecture using Firebase.
