The problem
A real St Ives collection service was running its rounds on paper. Every commercial load moved needs a waste transfer note, and capturing that correctly from the cab, then proving compliance from collection to deposit, is close to impossible with a clipboard and a filing cabinet.
What we built
Whealbit built and operates a complete platform for the business: a driver app that captures transfer notes, signatures and photos on the round even when the signal drops, and an operations dashboard that tracks every collection from pick-up to deposit with the paperwork attached to each load.
