We want everyone to be able to use this website and our platforms, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.

Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across this website. In practice that means:
- every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator;
- text and controls meet AA colour contrast;
- pages use proper headings, landmarks and labelled form fields for screen readers;
- content reflows at 400% zoom and on small screens without sideways scrolling;
- animation is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
How we check
Pages are tested with automated accessibility audits (Google Lighthouse) during development, and key journeys are reviewed by hand with a keyboard. Automated tools cannot catch everything, so we treat reports from people using the site as the most important test of all.
Known limitations
- Some product screenshots are decorative and are not described in detail. The same information is given in the surrounding text.
- Embedded third-party content, such as booking calendars, is outside our direct control. We choose providers that support keyboard and screen reader use.
Our platforms
WagePilot, StayBinder, CleanFlo and QWTN are built to the same standard. If something in a platform gets in your way, tell us and we will treat it as a bug.
